angry drivers say the portable radar was set up for school t in east cleveland. but here's the twist. the school wasn't in session. students were on their christmas break so the drivers contacted 5 on your hese drivers have been complaining about this for months. >> that's right. they brought their concerns to city hall. one activist even broke out in an effort to fight back. >> why is a camera out here in a school zone where there's no school? >> reporter: east motorists raised a fuss about this traffic enforcement. >> i'm he is special disappointed. >> reporter: this community clip on his facebook page. he says it shows east cleveland running portable traffic cam radar for school zone violations on problem, school was on

and we first told you the about macy's' plan to close 40 underperforming stores. tonight we've learned two of the stores are in ohio. macy's is also losing jobs with the closures. chipotle's food-related sicknesses are now the center of a criminal investigation that centers around the norovirus outbreak in california last summer. it sickened up to 200 people. the company said it was asked to produce a broad range of documents tied to the outbreak. the investigation does not involve a more recent e. coli outbreak that sickened people in nine states or a separate norovirus outbreak in boston. we want you to take a look at the flooding and damage that people in california are dealing with right now. storms fueled by el nio, drenching almost every corner
