one victim was beaten to death and the other shot and killed as bystanders watch. nick foley has more from akron. murders from overnight, ho lounge. police tell us that they happened with large crowds looking on ening at the zodiac club where a fight broke out in the crowded section of the bar. investigators said during the brawl, a 43-year-old man was beaten and taken to akron city where he earned this morning the man in his 60s turned himself into police. and here at the lounge on vernon odom, police say a man was shot and killed inside the we were told was being night. a man entered with a shotgun, walked up to a 39-year-old man and fired ng the man in the torso. then the shooter walked out. the victim died after being transported to akron general. police have surveillancers and will continue to review the scenes
