back to breaking news. this is outs of akron, getting live first pictures of marcy drive in akron. that's where skeletal remains have been found. the summit county examiner is on scene route now where a skull and other bones were found in a vacant lot. the akron police department got a tip just after 2:00 this afternoon. back here at news alert at the live desk, philadelphia police officer now recovering after being shot by a man who pledged allegiance to isis. edward archer ambushed officer jesse hartnet with a stolen police gun and shot him at point blank range numerous time. hartnet was shot three times in the arm. he is expected to recover. as for archer, he is now under arrest. in boston, a police officer there is recovering tonight as well. he was shot in the leg as he pulled someone over. police say that the drive who
