a new twist in the situation in flint. fema turning down a request to declare disaster over the city's water supply. that would've opened up millions of dollars for michigan but it is mainly used to support natural disasters. to employees of michigan's environmental quality department were suspended and flint is working to make its tapwater safe again for the lead levels are so high people can't safely use the water. public use is collecting water. 2000 bottles have already been donated for the cause. there are concerns about the water in sebring in mahoning county. neighbors were told that test found too much letter their water with those cases and officials are telling children of pregnant women not to drink that water. too much lead could lead to lifelong problems. the
