and a northeast ohio community worried about the drinking water. schools in the area canceling classes after water samples for unsafe levels of lead. as sarah phinney reports, the ohio epa is now stepping in. >> reporter: t morning here at bl miller elementary school in sebring. the school district is closed today because the epa wants to the water. bottle-by-bottle, the ohio e.p.a. took samples into the night. sebring school officials said the agency requested to monitor all water outlets instead the hallways over the weekend filled with 170 people wanting to get their blood tested. levels. several homes in the area testing at high levels. the ohio e.p.a. has been monitoring sebring for t things have gone too far. on thursday, the village issued a drinking water advisory to customers.

pennsylvania, bwi airport; jfk saw 30 inches of snow and that broke the all-time record again. central park, a .1 of an inch and short of the all-times biggest snowstorm. the afternoon timeline for us, the sun and clouds a little more tonight when we will track the areas -- rain showers coming in and after 8 or 9 and this is 945 tonight. in. the temperatures into the 30s and tomorrow, we're in the 40s to start. 42, 43. this is the actual front. notice the temperature difference here. behind it, cooler air and rain showers moving through and some through the afternoon. and air coming in and more in the way of light snow showers. light. and not a big deal over tuesday afternoon into wednesday. tote total rain shower accumulations, a quarter of an inch max.

. hi, i'm sarah carns. people often think that heart failure means the heart stopped working, but that is not what happens. lake health cardio physiologist dr. goldstein is here to explain. thank you for being here. >> yeah. >> and what does it mean to have heart failure and what are the symptoms? >> it's the clinical syndrome in which either heart-pumping function is impaired, weak, or the relaxation component of the heart is impaired and patients often present most commonly with shortness of breath. >> and so, in fact, heart failure is the leading cause of hospitalization in the country. how is it usually treated?
