. good afternoon, we begin with breaking news at the noon hour and in less than an hour, the city of cleveland is going against 13 officers involved in a deadly police chase, including the patrol officer michael brillo who was cleared of criminal charges due to the nt. they have covered the story for more than three years. the officers' job is on the line. >> reporter: a source me that six of the 13 offid today as a result

east. colder air is moving in but plot a lot of moisture along the front. as we move to the north and west, that is cooler here, upper 20s and lower 30s and this is moving down. this is going to modify a bit west. this is where the arctic cold is kind of bottled off right now. it will stay up there. in fact, as we head through the upcoming weekend, that is going to retreat and heading to the north and east. temperatures in the 30s and can't rule out a few spotty snowflakes through the day. and notice here, there is not much going on. a relatively typical january day here across northern ohio. we're into the 20s and maybe some snow showers around north and east potentially down wind of lake erie. other than, that we're looking quiet for wednesday, too, and
