coming up. cleveland firefighters battled two house fires at the same time, just blocks from each other. this vacant home on parkwood avenue was the second to go up in flames about three hours ago. firefighters say that, right now, there is no reason to believe that the two fires are related but they are investigating. a head-turning development in the three-year-old murder case of a cleveland clinic nurse. a grand jury indicted aliza sherman divorce attorney for lying to police about where he was at the time she was killed. found some startling allegations against attorney gregory moore? >> reporter: yes, some of the charges, while they are pretty incredible, three counts of terroristic threats, making bomb threats to dodge court dates and even more. >> how could you not trust your lawyer? how could you not trust your lawyer? >> reporter: aliza sherman's

with tampering with evidence. he is also accused of sending her false text messages, before and after her death. the prosecutor's office says that evidence shows moore was unprepared for sherman's divorce trial which was supposed to start the day after she was murdered. >> this was, like, not totally a surprise to me. it's something that was in the back of my head. >> reporter: aliza sherman is always on maria old's mind, from buttons, wrist bands and posters, on her car window and in front of her house. she wants justice for her dear friend. >> i never understood why aliza's attorney never said a statement, my god, my client was murdered right in front of my office. how could he not say anything? that always sent a red flag. >> reporter: moore claimed he was in his office when she was murdered. but the indictment indicates

didn't return until an hour after sherman was killed. this grainy video was released a month aft murder. the shadowy figure remains a person of interest in the case. and it should be noted that greg gregory moore is not charmed with aliza sherman's murder. he is charged with tampering with evidence and lying to police. the ohio teen who escaped a cleveland detention center for the 2012 murder of her stepfather has been found. investigators say that the 17- year-old was uncooperative when she was taken into custody in marion this afternoon. the teen escaped during a supervised zumba class at a recreation center on wednesday and cleveland police were investigating a missing persons case when they found a body buried in a backyard on benham avenue. the cuyahoga county medical examiner identified the body

released. it's unknown how the person and new video with the traffic stop that ended with the shooting death of one of the leaders of the group occupying a wildlife refuge in oregon. the video shows the vehicle stopped by police taking off. the drive, lavoy finicum hits a snow bank, gets out of the truck, first with his hands up and reaps into his pocket and falls in the snow. five other leaders were arrested during that confrontation. i kind of miss donald trumphe was like a teddy bear to me. that's at the center of the listeria outbreak that prompted the recall of bagged salads. that's according to the inspections from the last five years. dole stopped production at the plant after the c.d.c. linked the outbreaks to the salad. state officials wound listeria in one of the bags unexpected good news for those looking to buy a home the 30-year-old mortgage rate is now at 2.79%. freddie mac says that's the fourth straight week of decline just a month after the federal reserve raised rates for the first time in nearly a decade, leading to many to believe that was the end of record low mortgage rates. that good news will hopefully soften the blow of this bad news. wages are down in 80 of the 100 biggest cities in the u.s. the study looked at economic conditions from 2009 to 2014. almost every metro area saw improvement in at least one area like employment or productivity.

>> ted cruz all of a sudden in the center seat. how did he fare? >> i think he did pretty well there were a lot of attacks against him, certainly not attacks but trying to challenge his position. he is the number 2 in both states, running neck and neck with donald trump. we saw a fair amount. at one point, he said everybody is attacking me, including the moderators, that blew against him and he moved away from that. >> mark rubio comes as the number 1 establishment candidate in iowa threatening cruz to a certain extend. did he do anything to improve his situation? >> i think he did really well. he maintained his consistency in each of the debates, the way he maintains his position, the way he attacks hillary clinton and the obama immigration and even in the immigration issue where there was a lot of back and forth between him and cruz although that opened the door for jeb bush. >> jeb bush, the best debate that we have seen of the seven
