outside of the main campus of the cleveland clinic. officials say a woman was leaving with her boyfriend when they start arguing. she got out of the vehicle into her father's car. investigators tell us the boyfriend became upset and rammed the back of that car. police say the father got out and was run over by the suspect. the clothes still on the ground when we were there last night. police know the identity of the suspect but aren't releasing the investigation is ongoing. let's check in on the weather. 12:01 and we have a little snowfall to show you here on the maps. as far as really impacting us it's not there yet. we're still trying to saturate the area. the only locations seeing any snow is is back towards toledo. 31 elyria, 32 cleveland, 27 in ashtabula. some of us a little sunshine on this thursday afternoon. i want

situation. he says police investigated the threat and arrested the student behind it. police were told it was a joke however the principal says in the letter these matters taken extremely seriously and has an important message to share that it is never to joke about school tolerated. other news the update on the mans accused of fatally shooting a k-9 officer has been indicted often multiple charges related to the death of the k-9 jethro. he could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted on charges of aggravated robbery, assault, assaulting a police dog and others. jethro was shot multiple times january the 9th. he died the next day. police say he also shot at two police officers. new details on an inmate, ohio inmate who argues he was wrongfully convicted of a murder in lorain in 1991. the 46-year
