>> reporter: he explained the cleveland water investigated the area. >> not a drop of water came from me shut off valve. >>reporter: he said he wasn't surprised. >> it had been shut off for 30 years. i knew it. they should have had records of it. >> reporter: yet, he still has a $6500 water bill for the business and additional charges for the houses he owns on both sides of the building. >> they charged me $2700 and for this one, $3000 for water i have never used. >> reporter: i asked the cleveland division of water for an interview. i was denied. represent those say they have to -- representatives say they have to work with the fire department and look into the issue. >> if channel 5 had not been here, they would never have done nothing for me. nobody cares. >> reporter: he is still waiting to see how this will all washout but his frustration level is high.

odi. more information on the dozens of cars vandalized in tremont the past three weeks. police have released these new surveillance pictures of the suspect's car. we should to other surveillance video of the car and pictures of some of these windows last night at 11:00. police say these surveillance videos show a suspect's car appearing to break at times where damaged cars were parked. they are asking for anyone with surveillance of the suspect or information to contact them. a warning from police. pay close to -- pay closer attention when you go to the store. a walmart cashier has been charged with theft for allegedly stealing from customers. >> reporter: it's easy to get into the habit of ripping up your receipt and throwing them away but south euclid police say walmart shoppers should take a closer look at those receipts.

closely check their receipts for purchases they didn't make. 20-year-old ortiz driscoll, and walmart cashier was charging customers for gift cards and keeping the gift cards for himself. police say he racked up gift cards to several restaurants without customers knowing while they checked out of the store. at least four victims later came forward to tell police. police believe there could be even more victims. >> take a look at your receipt before you leave the store, make sure the items you have listed on your receipt are the items that in fact you purchased. and the time to deal with that is in the now, not three hours later, four hours later. >> reporter: police tell me so far walmart has reimbursed at least four customers back in south euclid, paul kiska news channel 5. >> south euclid police say the cashier also admitted to shoplifting from the same walmart store. a cool start to the first weekend in march.

bernie sanders will be in cleveland tomorrow to rally at the institutional baptist church on the cleveland east side. >> reporter: well, medina is the first county in northeast ohio to get the s.w.a.t. robot. it just right here at the sheriff's department yesterday. some training is still needed but it could change how officers handle a standoff or hostage call. the s.w.a.t. robot is worth about $50,000 and weighs 65 pounds, carries four cameras and can be flipped to climbing mode to tackle stairs. >> if a tactical robot. >> reporter: the robot, which walls on tracks was donated through the westfield insurance agency and will be insured by all -- shared by all medina county sheriff's departments. >> if we perceive a suspect might be involved -- >> reporter: it's main purpose is to be the first offense in hostage calls by gathering surveillance before an officer does. >> it improves the safety of the officers. put some less at risk. >> reporter: sergeant james

we have seen a little clearing around the edges during the course of the afternoon but here is the scenario. you can see based on the color scheme where the coldest air is. northern ohio a sharing in those temps around 300. the flow is still basically out of the northwest. and until we can get a southerly wind flow, these temperatures out here, 50s and 60s won't be moving our way. that should happen as early as monday. it's a chilly evening, a chilly start to the weekend. look at all these 290 for you glad and stolen -- euclid and stolen -- solon. the chill is on. it will remain. a slow warm-up coming your way this weekend.
