now suing the sheriff and metro health medical center. >> and the county and hospital neglected to provide medical care before the man's death. >> that's right, she says her son robert sharp did not receive proper treatment after jail ingested drugs. sharp died in march of last year after being full cardiac arrest. the medical examiner listed the cause of death as acute intoxication by the combined effects of heroin and two other drugs. the lawsuit claims the county and hospital failed to use adequate property calls by attending to inmates who are at risk of overdosing and the family is demanding his death be investigated. >> all right. thank you. how that do holding up? >> be blew in about the same time. >> and wow, the wind at your

not here indeed. here's some of the highest wind gusts we've found look at ashtabula not in the advisory but a 51-mile an hour wind gust this afternoon, 49 miles per hour in cleveland, mid-40s for lorain and akron and 41 for mansfield. still current wind gusts right here 40 miles per hour elyria and cleveland. if you're driving on the shore way you better hold onto your wheel with two hands indeed. it's going to be gusty out there. look at the temperatures mild 62, medina, 63 akron, 60 in ashtabula and canton. here's that wave moving through. notice the clearing but again we'll watch for another isolated shower in this batch of clouds right here. the real cool air is back toward green bay and it's going to take a couple more days to get here. and by friday

you up a major drug trafficking operation. >> reporter: after months of investigating fbi agents and other law enforcement moved in on several locations including this mexican restaurant here in canton. news channel 5 was there when the alleged ringleader of a crystal meth operation was handcuffed and taken away. before the sun was up federal agents were out their first target a home on lincoln way where a man was hauled away to face federal charges. >> he was the primary importer. >> agents call crystal meth dangerous and addictive but agents told me that didn't stop him from having it shipped through the mail fed ex or ups but the fbi intercepted some of the packages. >> they conceal it, wrap it, mix it in with other items. >> agents said his wife was also arrested.
