driver behind bars for the shooting spree that left six people dead and two hurt is actually suing the ride-sharing company. in a hand-written complaint, jason dalton is demanding $10 million from uber saying the company ripped him off and ruined his life. he said he wasn't paid back wages or overtime, didn't get a christmas bonus, and was forced to work when he was sick. dalton also says uber is the reason he's in prison and his wife is divorcing him. two hospitals in washington are urging nearly 1500 patients to get tested for hepatitis and hiv. and that's because a former technician is now charged in colorado with stealing a city ridge of painkillers and -- stealing a a syringe of painkillers and replacing it with something else. it's called called called
