the story and joins us from bob. >> reporter: well, good morning, robin. yes, this was a brutal sentence, 15 years in prison just for removing a propaganda poster from a hotel and almost anyy, this would be no more than a minor misdemeanor. but with this conviction, his fate is unclear. this morning, 21-year-oldehind bars in north korea sentenced to 15 years in a north korean prison with hard labor. a visibly shaken warmbier paraded before cameras at his trial wednesday which only lasted one hour. >> i would used and manipulated. please. please save my life. >> reporter: warmbier was found guilty of what the government calls subversion, part of the u.s. hostile policy towards north korea. in court they showed this video warmbier of trying to

flint. according to prepared remarks will claim that a state agency misled him about lead levels in the water and that he didn't learn about the contamination until 18 months after the cityr supplies. the head of the epa is also testifying today blaming local leaders for the crisis. authorities in paris say they have foiled an imminent terror attack aftere men and a woman. the suspects had been under surveillance because of their alleged links to extremists. a rifle and computer equipment were seized. well, the subway is back open after a 29-hour shutdown for emergency safety inspections which uncovered dozens of frayed or damaged power cablest officials say posed a major fire risk. well, new video shows an explosion at this medical marijuana dispensary ino workers struggled to escape. the dispensary has been fined $13,000 for safety violations.
