violating his curfew. abc's gio benitez is at the courthouse in concord, new hampshire.gio. >> reporter: robin, good morning to you. as you know this was a case that sparked so many conversations about sexual assault in schools. now prosecutors want to make sureehind bars. this morning, owen labrie heads back to court, the former prep student at st. paul's school accused of being convicted of sexually assaulting an underaged schoolmate. prosecutors alleging he violated his curfew at least eightis conviction. one of those types sitting next to a vice reporter who tweeted they were on the same train early one morning while labrie was supposed to be home. telling her he was going to see his girlfriend. >> this is not a petty offense. when you violate the conditions of your bail and you are on a sex offense, that is something extremely serious. >> reporter: labrie's attorneys

hello, everybody. news from overnight and cleveland police are looking for suspects after the riding in leaves a path of destruction. the officers spotted the van travelling with side doors open before 2 this morning. the driver struck a utility pole at the corner of west and franklin boulevard. the suspects ran to the van but it kept moving and no one was caught by police. and overnight at broadway in miles avenue where this susanna song was left after h and a witness told our overnight news tracker that it crashed in the driver of another car following and stopped to help kick out the driver crawled out and left with a second driver. we're trying to find out more information on that crash. and let's check in with theodore. >> and any snow flurry chances we had, they're gone and we saw them earlier and the rest of the day is shaping up egrees for most of us and a few of us could get warmer than
