kayaking at the state park and ravenna last night when they flipped over in the water. the ohio department of natural resources, and several other local crews searched for the men late last night and early this morning. the first kayaker was able to make it to shore, and was rushed to the hospital to be treated for hypothermia. he initially turned overcome in the boat, and was on a life jacket and rope, but the other kayaker, 20-year-old luke collins, of medina, did not have the same luck. he was submerged in the water and drifted down current. the weather can do -- conditions as this time of year make water activities, like this, particularly dangerous. >> it was really windy last night, a lot of wave action, the wind was coming from the north and pushing them away. >> folks have cabin fever, they have been waiting all winter, unfortunately the water temperature takes a lot longer to warm up in the air

one year ago president obama took the steps to change the way the united states deals with cuba. today he is making a trip that will likely be remembered, in both countries, for years to come. marcy gonzalez is in cuba with the latest on the president's historic visit.
