new at 6 tonight, a scary scene in bedford as a quick trip in the a it -- atm turned into a near death experience. >> police searching for teens behind the attack. investigators say during tailgate party attack, one of the teens fired a gun nearly killing the man they targeted. >> that has police try to t down two of the robbers, we sit down with our victim to talk act the experience. mike, police say two teens already arrested but looking for two more. >> yeah, police tell us they have warrants out for their arrest tonight. while the man they attacked is at home recovering. last night around 10:00 p.m. sunday, he was at the bank atm on broad way in bedford. trying to get money and two cars of teens pulled up next to him, pointed a gun in his

he didn't realize it was a gun and swatted at the teen. >> he looked at his hand and appear today be holding something and wasn't sure what it was so swatted the hand away and the hand came back and shot was fired and struck the victim in the head, a grazing wound near the back of his head. >> he drove himself to the hospital and tracy joins us now and sunday is out of the hospital. how's he doing? >> he's doing okay but doesn't understand about because the crime happens all the time everywhere. richard sunday loves his family, little dog baxter and his life. >> i feel fortunate every day anyways. >> today perhaps that love is even stronger. an ordinary trip to the atm in bedford monday night nearly cost him his life. >> i was at the red light and watched somebody get robbed and the guy had a gun and heard the

door on the store on east 55th this morning. investigators say the store was broken into the night before. i say the atm is still inside that store tonight. the fbi is looking for your help it catching a bank robber after an incident this morning in maple heights. a man with his face completely covered pointed a gun at a teller at u.s. bank on northfield road and demanded money. there were no customers in the bank at the time. anyone with information is asked to and just hours after two summit county businesses were robbed at gunpoint, police have made an arrest. surveillance video captured a masked man pulling out a gun and pointing it at a clerk inside the gas station in barberton. that happened around 6:30 this morning. thieves stole more than $200 from a register and a half hour later, the same guy robbed jubilee doughnuts in norton.

according to euclid police, this man posted a post on his fiances facebook. someone will end up hurt or worse, dead. police say he turned the gun on himself in an empty parking lot in cleveland after leading police on the chase. two other people, including a an ex-girlfriend, are being treated for their injuries. and a victim of a shooting on east 77th street this wee 22 year-old bexter williams was shot in the chest after getting into an argument with a group of people. state fire investigators tonight are investigating a case of arson at historic one room schoolhouse in summitt county. officials will the city of green say the schoolhouse was found in flames this just before 5:00 a.m.. around the schoolhouse, there
