sunshine this morning but we only have until 11 until the noon hour before we start tracking in widespread rain. starting this afternoon we are under that flood watch until 8:00 p.m. sunday evening. the only county not in the watch is eerie. most of us will be sitting under heavy rains in some spots throughout the afternoon. we just saw our storm tracker jim we are dealing with a few isolated rain drops. it's moving to the north and east pretty quickly. right now, temperatures are on the toasty side. we are seeing a few pop-up storms. 81 for greater cleveland. you are currently in the mid 70s. hour by hour timing is everything. we'll start to track in storms

i have breaking news to tell you about. it's not necessarily weather related. in richmond heights a water main broke. richmond road is closed in both directions. they have the break we paired but waiting on tests before reopennenning that road. new this morning out rage after a video of an arrest in the woman was charged with assault to an officer. we are looking closer at this footage. >>reporter: this video is taken off on social media. many are angry with the cleveland police department. i watched the video several times. you have to slow it down to see if quick interaction between the woman and officer. around the 11 seconds mark in

on the officer standing in front of her. seconds later she's hit by another officer. many are outraged. they believe he punched her in the face. watching the video back in slow moist it does appear his hand was open and happied after she assaulted an they told us they are investigating the incident that happened on thursday around detroit. we are told this officer who hit rodriguez is not a cleveland police officer. the 21-year-old was charged with assault on an officer. we reached out to the woman who posted the original video.

morning. we are seeing a lot of tropical moisture making it's way to the north. it will collide with this cold front. that's why the next 36 hours we are under a flood watch for northeast ohio. you can see the development as i just showed you of the storms sparking to the west. our future cast shows most of us okay for the no across our area but they move in to western locations for eerie county by 1:00. you can see they are more widespread. a heavy dose of rain here. the darker yellows and oranges that are embedded thunder. we are concerned about gusty conditions. some of the storms could have 60-mile per hour winds. we don't need much damage across northeast ohio.

this is a memorial service set for monday morning. summit county executive russ pride died last week. he will have a memorial at the john f. kennedy center in akron. this story got the the federal judge over turned the convention of brandon. he's one of the men featured in making a murderer in netflix. he was convicted of the murder of theresa. he was sentence to 41 years in prison. they have two months to bring charges or he will be released. the netflix series pointed out
