. good afternoon, everybody. this is leon bibb witth kidnapping of a six-year-old girl in may. we now know that social media may have somehow played a role. the girl was taken from her home on cleveland's west 104th street. she was held at a different house for several hours. the same man also tried to kidnap a 10-year-old girl from her elyria bedroom this year. the kidnapping of the cleveland girl was partially caught on surveillance video, but the police have not made arrests

new details during this afternoon's newscast of the. and also, we're following a developing story out of parma heights. that is where a driver of a car plowed the vehicle into a crowd at a concert. and it was last night when we brought you breaking coverage and today, this is what we know: six people were sent to the hospital, three remain there now. after the car hit a crowd of 100 people around 7:00 last night and parma heights first responders got there quickly. the police department and fire st driving the car hit the gas pedal instead of the break, running into the crowd. and then backing up and hitting an suv. so far, no charges were piled against the 74-year-old driver. and only on 5 this noon hour, we're hearing from a family of a man killed in an arson on the city's west side over the weekend and frank salamon was inside this duplex when it caught fire early saturday morning and his
