it will be a great day to go to the pool. nice mix of sun and clouds as things change into the overnight hours. all right, thank you. right now dozens of cats and other animals are getting extra attention after being rescued from a dangerous situation. they were in a hording situation. the owner is facing serious charges. covered in flees. the animal protection league said they don't limit the number of pets a person owns. >> when they exceed the number of providing humane care that's too many. >> many of the animals involved in this case need extra care. they should be available for adoption in a few weeks.

deenviromental lopped. police are still trying to track down the drug dealer responsible for dozens of heroin overdoses. police and first responded treated 78 people. they are looking into the possibility that heroin was laced with an animal sedative. this akronman has been charged for selling west virginia trial. bruce griggs has been charged. all of the overdoses last week were within a mile and half of each other. they believe the drug was laced with a powerful chemical. this is a look at last night's winning lottery numbers.

rodney earl faces two counts of capital murder. their bodies were found thursday. they both were were found dead. they are condemning north korea's for launching a missile. after shocks are approximate being felt in italy. the death toll is 281 people with another 387 hospitalized for injuries. today's day of morning includes a state funeral for several of the victims.
