hillary clinton. >> she did make a mistake. she mated by deciding she wanted to use one device rather than multiple devices. >> the fbi in the report said that clinton had not one but 13 devices. >> so she was only using one at a time. >> overtime, when one would wear out, she would get a new one. but only using one at a time. when you read the report, it really goes through in elaborate detail, why they chose not to take legal action. why they decided there was nothing more compare that to the degree of disclosure -- which is what we are seeing on the trump side. not putting out his tax returns. >> i know they said they will not accept foreign donations if she is elected president. but when you yell last call, everyone rushes to the bar. >> foreign donations as of now -- will step aside. she is taking one step forward

and the foundation is taking one step forward by saying, there is no corporations, no foreign connected contributions. and if we are successful and are elected, president clinton will sever the tie with the foundation he created. >> so the foundation is stopping foreign and corporate donations as of now. but the foundation itself -- has made no such announcement. news channel 5. >> what about all the already collected over the years? >> our exclusive investigation found there are $225 million worth of discrepancies between what the foundation has reported to the feds and to the state of new york. >> the clinton foundation is trying to avoid having to tell the public to his giving them money from foreign governments. >> how has the organization gone about doing that? the investigation coming up in a

wake up from. her 6-year-old snatched from her home on west 104 -- taken to a house and held in a bedroom for hours they've been dropped off in a neighborhood not far from her home. fbi agents believe this is the man that to christie's daughter. they also believe he tried to take a 10-year-old elyria grow from her bedroom three months earlier. he is still on the loose. and agents fear he will try again if he is not caught. look at this video. his mannerisms, his walk. he was driving this malibu with a different color front panel back in may. >> he just walks in there -- unknowing about anything. and is willing to take someone's kid. who could be more dangerous? >> each time he does this, he is more bold. he thinks more about it. i think he honed his skills. so eventually, there could be a really terrible outcome to this story. that is why we need to catch

week ago. a woman inside the home at the time had her hands the tide and managed to escape to a neighbor's house. the driver responsible for this crash that you see here on sunday night face a judge for the first time after the crash. 19-year-old brian burns junior is being held on $1 million bond after killing a woman on her way home from a class reunion. police say burns killed her saturday night ride -- a red light. and two counts of aggravated murder after a woman intentionally set a duplex on fire killing a man on august 20. elizabeth scott was arrested for the death of the man shortly after. we're told that scott had been violence against a man in the past. scott is also facing arson and assault charges and has previously been found guilty of disorderly conduct three times in the last four years.

facing criminal charges tonight accused of driving drunk over the holiday weekend. police say the officer had a blood-alcohol level way over the legal limit. we're live in akron police headquarters. what have you learned so far? >>reporter: the alcohol blood-alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit. now he is on paid administrative leave. what happens next could depend on what happens in court. >> 55-year-old akron registered at 0.269. that is three and half times the legal limit. a state trooper pulled over michael lugenbeal saturday just before 1:00 in the afternoon in akron. michael lugenbeal was driving northbound in a dodge pickup. according to his ticket, he was speeding. driving 47 in a 35 mile-per- hour zone. now he is on paid leave, which is spokesman said, is standard procedure according to the

>> i attempted to reach michael lugenbeal today and went by his home. so far, no response. i also attempted to reach out to the police chief today. i was told he is out of the office. and a spokesperson says that michael lugenbeal could face further disciplinary action but that all depends on what happens in court. he is due in court this friday at 9:00 a.m. live in ak several local residents tonight are furious after learning their names are being forged on official letters sent to the federal government. only on five tonight, we're live in medina county. these letters have to do with the proposed natural gas pipeline. >> reporter: that is right. if approved, the nexus pipeline would run through medina county here and into southeast michigan. as you can see, it is a

circulating out there with their name on it got shows support for the project. and they are not happy about it. >> i looked at the letter. there were no words. >> albert oliver tells me he was shocked to see this letter. his name and address here on the top. and down here too. it is a letter addressed to the federal energy records recommissioned that he says he did not write. we investigated did. it is this lobbying group, the consumer energy a lance come out of houston. in a phone interview today, the president of the group says the organization made robo calls to ohio residents to garner support for the pipeline. he says one of those calls went to albert oliver's house. and someone in his household authorized the letter to be sent. all letters were then sent with the name of official phone records. but albert oliver said he never got a phone call. and if he did, he would never

for years not, questions have been raised about foreign government donations to two charities like the hillary clinton foundation and her family. >> both the clinton foundation and the clinton health access

donations on the website. but a news investigation found that both charities are ignoring laws that require them to publicly name foreign government donors and the amount they get. >> script senior national correspondent tells us the one man who can force disclosures on hundreds of millions of dollars is choosing not to. >> we have to stop the endless flow of secret unaccountable money that is distorting our elections. >> government dollars that flow through the clinton family charities that critics argue need to be accounted for. >> our investigation found two of the charities ignored a new york law and related instructions. john wunderlich have the sunlight foundation, a political watchdog. >> the clinton foundation and associated entities are trying to avoid having to tell the public who is getting the money . especially foreign governments. >> new york law requires

is giving the money. the clinton foundation has never complied with foreign donations. >> they list a lump sum total. they do not -- they do not list each donation. >> he is a committee member with the council on foundations. >> the clinton foundation cannot say they are in compliance with new york regulations. >> we also found problems at the clinton health access initiative. and 2010, they received $26 million in foreign and domestic government grants. the charity only reported $242,000 in domestic donations. ignoring instructions to make sure the state numbers matched with the irs, which requires a total number of foreign and domestic. but in new york, charities must name names and amounts. over five years, we found $225 million of discrepancies between what it purported to

be enforced as it is written. >> new york's attorney general schneiderman, just won a lawsuit against citizen united after the conservative group did not want to disclose its major donors. it was named a leadership council for clinton in new york and gave the clintons the maximum personal contribution allowed last year. the office said the clinton foundation is in step with state rules. >> i have no idea how and the statements from the attorney general. they seem to be in direct contradiction. >> the clinton health access initiative says that it told schneiderman's office in the past that if it wants to know about the foreign government concert -- contribution, it can ask. adding that new york has never questioned its way of doing things. the new york attorney general did not respond to our questions about discrepancies. >> there is even more to this story online.
