right now, we're still seeing some showers. a lot of us are dry. some of us are looking up saying i don't see a cloud outside, what rain. if you lived in a few of these neighborhoods, you know what i'm talking about. a moderate shower that will clip north ridgeville. then we head a little farther south into portions of summit county towards lake more getting a downpour. south of 77, we're seeing that heavy rain. that's going to continue with that southeasterly push heading towards lake. isolated showers were expected. we've been talking about this through the morning hours. what else is expected are these temperatures rising to 90 degrees for a lot of us. 93 for some of us. it's going to be a hot one out there.

make sure you have the umbrella on hand because we could see a pop up shower or thunderstorm police in cleveland are investigating a shooting and a possible robbery after a driver of a car pulled into metro health with bullet holes in the car. police officers responded to the employee entrance, there they found the bullet riddled vehicle. we're still working to get this story, more information on it and on searching for the suspects who rammed this car into mickey's river market on addison road. the owner of the store and his family were asleep above the store when they heard the car slam into the brick building. the store owner said there were two or three men wear hoodies. ohio will soon be changing

kid's schools. tonight marks the first of several meetings held reporter: soon, education standards will change yet again thanks to the every student succeeds act, also known as essa. before any standards are put into place, the ohio department of education wants to hear from parents starting tonight. essa signed into law last november will take child left behind act. this is to give schools more power at the state and local levels. they will set their own goals for improving graduation rates. the idea, to rid the 1-size fits all mentality meaning ohio will decide how to handle things rather than following a national standard.

. the massive computer outage that delta airlines faced last month hurt the company financially costing the company $150 million. delta said the five hour computer outage hit early eighth and effected the computers needed to book passengers and fly the jets. the airline canceled 1,000 flights that day and canceled another 1,000 flights over the next two days because of that glitch. senate democrats brought the $1.1 billion bill to fight

six to nine months from now, we're going to see babies being born with severe brain damage, a birth defect that's preventable. reporter: congress has until the end of the month to approve a spending bill that could include funding to fight zika oar risk a potential government shutdown. in other news today, comedian bill cosby will have his day in court. a judge has set a trial date for cosby's sexual case from an incident in 2004. a former temple university employee alleges the entertainer drugged and molested her at his home. she's one of 50 women who have accused the comedian of sexual assault. but his attorney argues that cosby is the victim. the trial is set to begin no latter than june 5 -- later than june 5th. let's look at that weather

little rain fall. reporter: most certainly a lot of us were. we had a round of showers that pushed through. on the other hand, a lot of people were dry. i think this radar shot is going tell the story. let's get to it. for those experiencing rain, here it is on the radar. it is coming down heavy in portions of summit county there. we're going to get to that let's zoom in right now towards lorraine county. keeping my eye on this shower. and reds in there meaning it was heavy. right no, lightning in ridgeville. also -- now, lightning in ridgeville. also along 77 towards parma. let's look at where things are coming down. in the southern portions of summit county, you are talking about that deep, red color. this is headed down into stark county.
