her son's charter school is the academy in cleveland and they provided bus service for several days. east academy switched to a new bus stop. her son first had to take an rta bus to get there. this morning she says he still didn't get on. >> she stood there in the pouring rain and rolled right past him. >> had to walk back up the hill >> why today? i don't know. that's what i asked august 15th. >> so we called east academy and finally showed up in person. thomas would not answer my questions. >> what's the issue with the transportation. >> instead of talking thomas called security. here some background. east academy is a free taxpayer charter school but it's run by a company with 95% of tax

a man the fbi believes tried to take a girl from her bedroom in february and did take a sleeping 6-year-old from her cleveland home in may. the little girl was dropped off not far from her home after being taken from her house and held captive for 17 hours in her bedroom. >> he's already attempted one abduction and already taken one child. it's a matter of time before he strikes again. we need to find him before that happens. >> and that's why i've learned search for the man who they call extremely dangerous to other cities in ohio and surrounding states. the man caught on camera agents told me casing the west 104th street neighborhood and here driving this 2002 or 2003 chevy maliu with a different color front panel in may. these images are being pushed on social media.
