to an arrest. surveillance video helped cleveland police catch an early morning rapist. car jackings and snatch and grabs caught on tape. now prosecutors want to create a map and data base of cameras. security cameras could be used on this program. a program that's volunteer. >we want to get all of the evidence we can. >> prosecutor program. prosecutors would like homeowners and businesses to let them know if they have a camera. the program is just starting and they want to get the word out. >> we are in partnership with the police department and community groups to get this information into our data base and push it back out to law enforcement. >> they know the addresses where the cameras are and will help police get the evidence

these two men one 54 and the other 28 are behind bars. >> this is probably one of the largest caesers in cleveland in a decade. >> he tells us these bricks were hidden but could not elaborate as to where. the department of justice says this bust started as a tip last friday. someone told the d.e.a. a semiwith california plates was headed from baltimore to cleveland to either deliver drugs or pick up drug money. the agents found the truck here and they noticed these two men working on it and when they left in a separate car and headed down i-90, officers stopped the men for speeding and arrested them.
