just got their hands on this ohio department of agriculture report. confirming their suspicions that toxic chemicals may have made workers sick. >> they allowed the spraying of the extremely toxic chemicals. >> they found that the exterminator literally sprayed the insecticide on chairs that were meant for cracks. pictures from the department of agriculture investigation show a bucket of site meant to control bees outside. that got mixed up with this bedbug package. >> and i hit that with my hands. out of joy and frustration and that i was, i thought that i could validate it and their concerns from day one. >> reporter: but they say that members of the public, they were also exposed on february 19 for up to 40 minutes before closing.

cars collided. matthew desha is being charged with murder. he is the one that ran a red light crashing into 53-year-old deb pearl and then got out of his car and shot her with a rifle. several friends of desha's said that he suffers from ptsd. desha is being held on $1 million bond back in court on wednesday. we are still working to gather new information for you tonight on a bizarre morning in parma that started with a car crash and it ended with a surrender. in the standoff with police at a house. police say that it wasn't a pursuit and they're not sure what lead to the crash. police say that the car smashed through a pole and then wiped out in front of a house on broadway road. one man was thrown out -- thrown out of the car taken to metro. the other man police say had a gun ran into a home. >> he went inside that house and did confront a female resident inside that home. he indicated to her that he was armed and that she was able to

it is called revenge porn. somebody, usually an ex posts nude or sexually explicit photos online for some perceived wrong doing. right now it's technically not a crime in ohio. but a state senator in youngstown wants to change all that. senate minority leader introduced a bill to make it illegal for someone to knowingly distribute a private sexually explicit image of somebody without their consent. first time offenders would be charged with a misdemeanor. after that revenge porn victims would be able to sue and be able to get those protections. they would lose scholarships and financial assistance. employees would be protected from the negative action at work. and 34 other states, they would have those laws. >> and just hours ago that the federal regulators told state officials that they could not charge ohioans new premiums on medicaid. that they put that down last year calling for certain adults

medical expenses. that they would reject that plan because they will worry that they would impact their access to coverage for low north carolina-ohioans. as many as 400,000 people would drop their coverage and not enroll because of it. a plan to stop their publicly funded pre-schools from double dipping will not start until next year and that we first told you about their changes last month, aimed at stopping the payments from the state and their start programs, that some were worried that they would cut services for some of the poorest children in ohio. and according to the columbus dispatch that the governor approved the one-year delay today. okay everybody, it is friday night, it is september, northeast ohio. you know what that means. high school football, this is a live look right now at cleveland heights high school stadium where they will take on the bengals tonight. chief meteorologist mark johnson and the power of 5 weather center. it's got to be a great night to

baby was found dead. dayton police are investigating that as suspicious with no visible trauma. they have not yet said how he died. but the boy will have a twin sister. she's okay. police say at one point that they punched one of the officers in the mouth now facing charges including assault on the officer, he is not charged in the baby's death. more information now on what's happening with itt tech students. more for-- former employees are college after suddenly shutting down this week. according to the indianapolis star, the two lawsuits will make the same claim as the first one. by breaking the law about the closing. 80,000 workers lost their jobs. 35,000 students were left in limbo with the company closing more than 130 campuses in 39 states on tuesday. now some say that they are hearing from some of the former
