a deadly weekend in cleveland. the latest on the investigation of three murders. today is a day we will never forget. how the country is remembering the worst terror attack in america's history. always investigating, always on your side. news channel 5 starts a violent weekend here in cleveland. three people dead, four people shot all in the past two days. have police made any arrest? >> tracy no arrests in any of these cases. one of the cases is this man behind me. he was shot on the city's east side. today his mother went back to the spot where he died as she

>> reporter: his mom cannot make sense of this tragedy. she pleads for it all to stop. >> it is just senseless how all these kids are living here for no reason. no reason at all. >> six hours after crosby was fatally shot, police tell us the two more people were gun one man, one woman. witnesses heard gun fires and screams and the two were lying in the street. tracey? >> a father and his young son were killed in a three-vehicle crashed involved a national guard humvee. it happened around 6:00 this evening. the driver sideswiped a car and

bryan and his 6-year-old died. the victim in the car that was sideswiped is in critical condition. police need your help identifying this person who robbed the burger king on clark avenue. the robber had a gun and demanded cash. the employee had made the money drop for the night. the handed. they found smoke in the hallways. firefighters were able to put the fire out. no word what caused that fire or how much damage was done. a development in today's drama in the race for the white house. hillary clinton had to leave a 9/11 ceremony early. her campaign says she was overheaded.
