now elizabeth is sharing more with her new book, "between breaths" a memoir of panic and addicti addiction. how does it feel to get it all out? >> it feels a bit like a relief. i'm incredibly overwhelmed and grateful for the reaction that we got from, i mean, i'm still getting it as i speak. it hasn't stopped since friday night from people suffering from similar issues. who are suffering with it in this country. we know from our research that women are more likely to self-medicate, whether it's anxiety, depression, stress, unhappiness, with alcohol. >> it's one of the things we learned. the struggle with anxiety preceded the struggle with alcohol. >> that's lifetime. life long. huge. >> and for a lot of women, as well. >> for a huge amount of women.
