gilford areas like crestville and lafayette, seeing heavier rain. farther south, this is the other heavier pocket of rain into holmes county and has a southwestern kick to it and getting hit the hardest now. if you live in millersburg, you're getting the heavier action as well and pushing down, gripping walnut creek. the bigger picture shows a lot of people are seeing rain into cuyahoga county and southern portions there, parts of geauga county seeing the li in green. this entire front and the rain associated with it is going to continue to push farther south and this is not going to be an all-day event. into the afternoon, we should be drying up. i like this. can you tell where the rain is? or if it's impacted by the rain the greatest? the temperatures are cooler. that yellow shading there in the 60s and the farther south you go, still warm. after they get hit by the rain and cloud coverage, you will see the temperatures drop as well. that is a look at the updated

and back to breaking news developments on the heels of a gruesome discovery. we're gigging do -- digging into the latest northeast ohio serial killer case. three bodies discovered in two separate counties as one man claims responsibility. meg shaw is live in ashland with the details. meg, what is the latest? >> reporter: well, leon, we now know that one of the bodies found in the ashland county home is that of stacy stanley, the family telling us they have positively identified h more than 100 people have been searching for stanley since she went missing last thursday. that now leaves two bodies unidentified in this case. a second body from this house in ashland county and another from this abandoned area in richland county. that, of course, was the third body discovered tuesday afternoon after 40-year-old sean michael grate admitted to

called 911 saying grate abducted her. a forensics team from mercy hearse university is in the process of identifying those remains found here in richland county and going through evidence in a nearby burned house. the county prosecutor telling us no charges are being filed against grate just yet. >> our office now is more concerned about identification and determination as the cause and manner of death. once we have that, then >> reporter: a couple of minutes ago, i spoke with the akron county prosecutor's office. they tell me they're in the process of filing all of the necessary paperwork to charge grate. they say there will be several charges. they want to make sure all of the paperwork is in line and that everything is there. of course, we will keep you updated as to when all of that paperwork is filed and when he is set to appear here in court in ashland county.

leon. thank you for your report. in the meantime, a man accused of murdering a woman using a rifle after crashing his car into hers in sullen6 expected in court today. matthew deja, a marine corps veteran, is charged with murder and aggravated murder. last month, he ran a red light crashing into pearl's car. he then got out of his car and shot her with an assault rifle. also developing today, the story of the gazebo cleveland. the 12-year-old tamir rice was shot by a police officer. the gazebo at the recreation center is to be taken down and support to a chicago museum for display. the city announced it would hold off on demolition plans months ago, and while many were glad the makeshift memorial is being preserved, many don't want to see it go. and tera molina is live at the r croaks center with the --
