against the suspect, rahami, and these allegations describe a man planning the attacks since june. now, that's according to prosecutors who say that's when this suspect started buying bombing materials on ebay. fast forward to this past weekend. we're told, or at least court documents allege, there's surveillance video showing the suspect at the scene of the crime, and on top of that, investigators have recovered fingerprints and other evidence used in the four incidents. these allegations came on the same day the fbi confirmed, yes, this suspect was investigate in 2014, and cleared of having any ties to terrorism. at the time, the suspect's own father warned and alerted officials about the concerns, but the father later recaptante the statement. where does the investigation go from here?

man, keith scott, who was killed by a black police officer. they ended up going overnight, circled around 18-wheelers, and looted the content. they started setting the contents on fire. >> police say demonstrators destroyed several marked police vehicles as well as approximately a dozen officers injured, one reported to have been hit in the face with a rock. this all started about 4:00 p.m. yesterday when police went searching for a suspect with an outstanding warrant. they say, this man, keith scott, in a car, they say with a gun, and when he came out of the car with the gun, the police opened fire. scott's family contested that saying he was not armed. >> translat >> the family's account said he was disabled, had a book, and was reading. as you can tell, that triggered what was a powder keg there in the north charlotte area as many people came out. at one point, one reporter

right there on the highway blocking traffic. interstate 85, if you don't know the area, is a major freeway connecting north carolina to the virginia border. you can imagine that a lot of vehicles go through there. >> happening a mile from unc campus, again, a busy area, and we saw video earlier of dozens and dozens of trucks backed up. you see the riot police vehicles, tear gas, and causing a traffic nightmare there. this morning, we have the mayor and police leadership promising a full investigation. of course, calling for calm, and the mayor has tweeted out that the community deserves answers. >> several times as we've been watching the events, as i mentioned, taking place over the course of five hours or so, at least, you've seen police fire tear gas at protesters, but that did little to disperse crowds
