. she was with the euclid school district for 10 years before she resigned. a man is in critical condition from a gunshot wound at the marathon gas station and e. 55th st. and woodland. the 21-year-old man was shot in the back when police found him. the man was taken to the hospital and is listed in critical condition no word if any arrest have been made. the two man accused of killing a 17-year-old girl will be in court. these other two adults charged in the case. three juveniles are also facing charges. police say they killed the victim to keep her quiet. she was an accomplice in a bank robbery. they said they thought she would talk to police. the victim was killed and her body was left in a vacant lot in east cleveland. the ashland serial killer could face the death penalty if convicted. prosecutors releasing a 22 count indictment

the tulsa police officer arrested for shooting and killing an unarmed black man is out of jail. the officer was booked this morning after fatally shooting terence crutcher after his suv broke down in the middle of the road last week in tulsa. video shows him walking toward his car with his hands raised before he was shot. her attorney insist that she thought he was reaching for a weapon in his car when she fired at him, but there was no weapon found in his vehicle. in washington another police involve which are out and large force. the demonstrators are pushing for answers into this shooting of terence stirling, a black biker who was killed by police. they want the name of the officer who shot him and want to know why the body camera was turned off during the incident. some protesters say he did not deserve to be killed.
