protesters in charlotte are determining the mayor over the shooting of the black man by the white officer. they remain peaceful, but the tensions are still pretty high after the shooting of keith scott. and the city council meeting last night, people of all ages would take to the podium. it was this testimony from the 9-year-old girl that brought a lot of people to tears. >> they are killed and cannot even see them anymore. >> that's right. >> just saying that we have to go to the graveyard. that little girl just one of dozen that spoke at the meeting last night. warning that it could be rough in the streets until justice is served. two ohio families are pushing for answers into the death of their loved ones today. the families of the 13-year-old kyrie king and green renewed

top stories tonight at 5:30 begin with breaking news. a girl who has been missing since the weekend has been found. the 12-year-old girl sparks disappeared while riding her bike to a friend's house a home along south lake shore boulevard. >> we just learned that the cause of death for a euclid high school football player. 17-year-old andre jackson died on sunday just two days after being hit in the stomach during a football game. we now know that he suffered inflammation in his abdomen because of a small bowel laceration. that happened after blunt trauma to his abdomen. >> today both major party nominees are doing victory laps.
