investigators believe the shooting of alex was a random act by 25 year-old sean johnson. around 11 sunday morning, johnson was sitting on the bench when he got up and following alex to his car and shot him. he led police on a chase before shooting himself in the car. this afternoon, we spoke to friends understand how this could happen. >> we dug into johnson's past and found he had a warrant issued for his arrest on saturday, the day before that shooting. he was charged with domestic violence after assaulting his mother. a driver who shot and killed -- or hit and killed a woman on i480 and injured another was in court this morning. clark justin is who we're talking act.
