cintron and 45-year-old jorge aviles . this morning jorge aviles walked into the restaurant and shot the victim several times in front of her coworkers. he then shot himself in the bathroom. the two had just recently broken up, after being together for more than a decade. new tonight, after being on the run for two years, the us man wanted in the death of david garrett. he was a former kansas state football player and shot in the chest outside a bar. this afternoon john blevins was arrested during a traffic stop in cleveland, not far from the shooting. police say blevins and his brother barry were the ones behind garrett death.

group protesting?>>reporter: they are upset about the controversial union vote to publicly endorse donald trump. there are cleveland police, who have the street blocked off in front of their own union hall. there are more than 100 people blocking the street, protesting the vote. members were chanting outside, waving signs and calling for the union president to be that reaction stems from a vote that the patrolmen's association took to endorse donald trump. they've never made an endorsement before. the union president says now is the time to speak out, he says hillary clinton is anti-police and some minority officer say it's inappropriate when the city is trying to mend relationship with minorities. what does that say to cleveland
