along interstate 90. just moments ago place started at east 185th street. we're told a crash involving many vehicles took place between east 22nd street. and more breaking news. the man police say was killed today following a robbery. >> devan was shot by police officers after crashing his car. this was the scene from air tracker 5 from earlier today. right now tara is live with the latest for us. tara, this is intersection is partially reopened but still a very, very active scene out

bci and west lake police are out here investigating. they've been out here all day long. so a very active scene. again, some of those roads are still closed up. that's important to note. devin robbed a cvs. he crashed and according to police struck an officers vehicle. that's when shots were fired. it's unclear if the man fired or just police. west lake police say a weapon or very realistic looking weapon has been recovered from the car. we know two officers fired weapons in this incident and while crews made life saving attempts at the scene he was pronounced dead at the hospital. the officials say the use of
