. after taking off with pills from a local pharmacy, a man dead after shot by police officers. >> we learn that man could be connected to the robberies of several other pharmacies in the area. paul is live in the news room with the latest. >> around 9:00 this morning, west lake police says devin was trying to get away from the cvs on detroit road after pharmacy. shortly after he crashed his car and police fired their weapons and a real istic looking gun was found at the scene. >he crashed into one of our cruisers. we don't know if it was deliberate or accidental and two of our officers fired shots. >> now, they add they're looking into whether or not he's connected to other cvs pharmacy robberies across north east ohio. the fbi believes one of the

cleveland on west boulevard. we showed you the security video just last month. the fbi believes this is the same man shot by police today and the september robbery, police say he walked up to the counter, handed the clerk a note and took narcotic pain pills. authorities say that's the case for all robberies he's expected to be behind. right now, one has 14 years on the force and the other three years. they both have administrative leave as the investigation continues. live, news 5. >> also breaking at this hour, i-90 eastbound is closed at east 185th street as police investigate and clean up a multicar pile up. >> all this happened in eucalid. police still on scene trying to figure out when this happened.
