thank you so much. turning now to other developing stories, please in toledo say a 3-year-old has died after a 7-year-old had a gun. several children were being baby sat in the home when this happened. no charges have been filed. and a royal police officer still recovering after he was stabbed. the man responsible is union wang. the suspect's sister says his death could have been prevented. he suffered from mental illness which dates back to when he was 16, living ibchina. she was trying to get help when he was shot and killed saturday night. >> i think he probably didn't know what was happening and was trying to fight with the bief.

it probably would not have happened. the police would not be hurt and he would not be dead. >> two officers are now on administrative leave, pending the investigation. a father's house was shot up while his wife and toddler sleft inicide. this man says he woke up around 2 friday morning to the sound of bullets spraying his home in cleveland. the bullets shattered windows and hit the suv in the garage. the man is unhappy with police who says they have not dusted for prints but did offer advs. >> they said, you better move because the next time we come here we probably won't be picking up shell cases, we will
