murdering a man near the metro park zoo are indicted. seth wood and anthony kennedy formally indicted by a grand jury. 65-year-old james crashen was killed in north olmstead and his body but wrapped in a tarp and dumped at the zoo. a third man was also had indicted in the case in jail on a $100,000 bond. a cincinnati judge is making an exception on veteran's day. she is keeping the courtroom open and letting the jury deliberations continue in the trial of cincinnati police officer ray tensing. the jury deliberated for 12 hours over two days. the court will stay fully staffed in case the jury returned a verdict. he is accused of shooting and killing app unarmed black man during a traffic stop last year. let's check in with tera blake. chilly and windy out there.

there is a recall to hold governor chris christie responsible for bridgegate. the senator loretta winesburg said there was considerable testimony during the trial that christie knew about the conspiracy. washington bridge were reportedly closed to retaliate against the democratic mayor that would not endorse him. christie denows knowing anything about the lane closures. another night of protestors against president-elect donald trump. smashed windows in portland, oregon and crowds took over the streets in oakland, philadelphia and new york where they marched. donald trump taking to social
