good afternoon, everyone. i am leon bibb. at the top today, cleveland who ran away from a shootout with officers. it was early this morning at the illuminating company's service center on east 146th street. officers were responding to a trespassing call when they found a group of four on the property. the suspects began to run when they were spotted. one investigator said he turned around and started shooting, one of the men did. the two officers fired back. an 18-year-old suspect was knit the shoulder. our camera were -- was hit in the shoulder.

was arrested and put in a police car and another in an ambulance. the two other suspects are 17 years of age. >> anybody that is capable, 15, 16, 17 -- we have seen young kids do terrible things, so anything is possible, i suppose. >> police believe the four were trying to scam metal. both of the officers -- scrap metal. both of the officers wearing body cameras and are fine. there are new details about the terrible accident today , a fatal one, that brought traffic to a standstill on i-90 yesterday. the airtracker5 copter capturing the back up. a man was hit by a rta bus crossing the highway and was hit and killed.

cleveland schools say tests done over the summer show high lead levels in actuator in 60 buildings. there will -- in dallas worth -- there will be the 350 drinking fountains replaced. childrens were not exposed because the water systems were the ongoing testing. we received a few calls today about a lot of police at wooster high school. don't worry, it is just a drill. police are holding active shooter training at the school. the first one at 8:00 in the morning, another will be today at 1:00. a note to parents, wooster high school will go into lockdown during all of this. you are to get a notification. now i give you this reminder.

we brought you the story yesterday about a arizona police officer caught on camera punching a woman in the face. now more on what led to his actions. marci gonzalez has the report. phone video investigators in arizona are reviewing. they are trying to determine whether this police officer broke the law when he punched marissa morris in the face. >> i was punched in the face a few times. i was choked. it was a brutal attack. >> reporter: flagstaff police officer jeff bonar was called to the home wednesday for an eviction. his body cameras turning off

the cavs play at 7:30 tonight. a half hour before that there is a protest on public square against president-elect donald trump. organizers say they were using facebook to get out the word. they requested bringing out light and glow sticks but there is a warning from the city. marchs should stay out of the street and not yell, assault and intimidate bystanders. there have been protests all over the country since do one in akron that was organized and peaceful. in the meantime trump is busy filling his staff and cabinet positions before taking office in january. this weekend he is to meet with mitt romney who refused to endorse trump in the general election. he is reportedly being considered for secretary of state. the list of contenders for the position include former new york mayor rudy giuliani, un ambassador john bolton own

and trump has officered the role of national security advisor to a registered democrat. he is offering the job to retired army lute general michael flynn who served as director of the defense intelligence agency under president obama but claims he was booted for being critical of the administration. we still don't know if lieutenant flynn has accepted the officer. we are followerring the story -- following the story, of course. 42% highest rating in more than five years and an 8% improvement in the days leading town the election. but the gallop poll released yesterday shows 55% of people don't think very highly of donald trump. barack obama, george w. bush and bill clinton all had higher ratings. second on the weather
