rainfall activity. you can see the low lying clouds taking over greater cleveland. a little bit of fog as this front starts to move through, throughout the afternoon, you're going to notice the winds stirring up. we do have wind concerns starting at 4:00 this afternoon. we will see potential gusts up to about 35 to 40 miles per hour. you can see from the contours map the front as it starts to track in daytime highs yesterday we were talking about the 70s. they are starting to fa way through. temperatures are in the upper 40s to upper 30s this morning. you can see cool are air tracking in from -- cool are air trying to track in -- cooler air trying to track in from the west. as the strong cold front makes its way through, we will see really a lot of moisture behind it and arctic air and that's when the snow starts to be in full effect. hour by hour break out the

rainfall activity throughout the 2:00 hour and then as we can see the moisture starts to flow through around 4 and becomes that wintry mix. i will show you a breakdown of exact accumulation coming up from the overnight into somebody. by 6:00 -- sunday. but 6:00, nick, 38 degrees. >> thanks janessa. a violent night in cleveland in a span of a few hours four people were shot one is dead rugby road on the east side. police arrived to find a man shot multiple times and he died at university hospital a half- hour later a 21-year-old was shot on deise avenue a few blocks from the first shooting. that man is in critical condition. then at about 8:00 two more people found shot at quincy avenue and canard road both taken to metrohealth and witness describe a chaotic scene. >> the guy came in the house

brother and pointed it at me and shot i ducked and ran. and next thing you know all the police started coming down. >> right now we are working to find out the conditions of those last two victims and if police have any suspects in the shootings. fire crews were able to put out this massive brush fire before it got near any homes or buildings. it happened at whipps ledges in the hinckley reservation. the fall is peak wildlife season and the leaves ar best conditions. it's not recommended that you do any controlled burning during this time year. security guards at first energy service center used thermal imaging to catch four teens trying to steal metal wiring. the guards called 911 and once the officers arrived on scene, things escalated extremely quickly. >> he shot at me and i returned. you and your partner are okay?

>> one of the suspects was shot in the shoulder and he wascarted off to the hospital in an ambulance. two of the other betweens were arrest -- teens with arrest-- were arrested and the fourth is on the run. why are they doing this? we will see you get in there and alert the police and catch you. what you you think you may be able to steal from us it's not worth it. >> certainly wasn't. copper theft a big problem first energy was offering a $5,000 reward for in to catch other thieves. and disturbing involving some of the schools now. more than 100 water fountains and faucets in 50 cleveland schools are tainted with high levels of lead. those are the results of months of voluntary testing at 69 of the cleveland public's schools. those tests in water coolers brought in to replace the water turned off have cost the district more than $500,000. it's not known how much it will cost to replace all the

law enforcement are all on high alert in oberlin after a professor says his home was vandalized because of his religious beliefs. on thursday morning, a professor with a -- a computer science professor with the college says he and his wife woke up when they heard someone outside their house. when they went to go look they found items on the porch damaged along with a note that read, gas jews die. now according to the police report, the professor says he issues with of his students or friends or neighbors. now shortly after the incident the cleveland chapter of the council on american islamic relations released this statement. they say as americans we cannot tolerate hate and vicious attacks on jewish neighbors who like muslim community are a tiny religious minority in the country. everyone deserve toffs live in peace -- deserves to live in peace free from violence and religious and ethnic intimidation. police are still investigating

still actively searching for missing newborn in wichita kansas. authorities say sophia's mother was shot to death sometime thursday afternoon at their apartment. her boyfriend called police when he came from home from work and found her dead and sophia missing. police are interviewing friends and family but so far there are no leads and no suspects. >> as far as the amber alert is concerned obviously our main focus is finding the little girl. we can day long at another time but the amber alert has to have suspects and that's what we don't have. >> police say they have been in contact with sophia's father but he is not considered a suspect or a person of interest at this time. wild fires continue to burn across 7 southeastern states including north carolina. firefighters are working to contain the flames there but the dry land is not helping the fight. the unhealthy air making it difficult for residents to breath.

52 right now for ashtabula and that cooler air is starting to track in for eastern locations. let's show you where the moisture is dropping down for northern cuyahoga county to northern summit county seeing the heavier downpours right now. this moisture is moving east fairly quickly. lorain is seeing scattered showers and it's on the light side for northern medina county to worcester -- wooster right now moving east 15 to 20 per hour. so moving fairly quickly but with this front, it's blustery winds that you are going to notice they have revving up throughout the afternoon. we have a wind advisory starting at 4:00. we will see potential gusts throughout the evening up to 40 miles per hour. so showing you our wind casts you can see they are stirring up to 20 to 25 miles per hour but you will start to see a pressure gradient really start to come in place here and
