>> so the search beginning for that new head coach. there's one internal manager, dirk cutter. the box offensive coordinator. cutter became a star this year around the nfl for the way he handled the development of rookie jameson winston and helped turn around the bucks defense. the price for that is fear that cutter will be let go soon. there's three other teams that have expressed interest so if the bucks are going to make that move, they better be quick. matt ryan praises him so i think it would be necessary to keep him here if it weren't for jameson winston.

>> two parents are accused of taking extreme measures to send a message to their daughter. they used duct tape and even a taser to discipline the young girl. josh thomas joins us with more on this story, hello josh. >> reporter: trying to raise a child is not always an easy job. but disciplinary action taken by two parents here in polk county has landed them on the wrong side of the law. >> reporter: steven sanchez and yolanda ashley both find themselves behind bars. while the parents were doing contract work for the ledger newspaper they brought the 10- year-old girl to work with them. that's when a coworker witnessed the alleged abuse. >> her hands were duct taped together because she was using her hands to hit other kids. that's when the witness saw that.

the girl, she said that the abuse did happen. >> she had no complaints about the duct tape. but when we started interviewing the other kids, they said a taser had been used earlier in the week to discipline her. >> your reactions when you hear these allegations. >> it saddens me. it actually makes me cry. my son is not a monster. he's a good dad. >> reporter: joanne duncan told me her granddaughter can be unruly at times but she doesn't believe her son would ever hurt his daughter. >> my son had problems, and he tried, he begged and he tried asking for help. nobody wanted to help him. >> reporter: now while the polk county sheriff's office understands understands disciplining a child can be a problem for some parents, they stress that a parent should never resort to using duct tape

legal rights to take down the trees. but robin smiley believes the builder is changing the character of his neighborhood. >> they are a living breathing part of our neighborhood. >> reporter: smiley lives across the street. >> our concern is our trees in south tampa are going away one lot at a time. as they tear down these older houses. >> reporter: smiley wants tampa's tree ordinance strengthened by many builders believe tampa's tree ordinance is already tough enough. >> it's very difficult in the city of tampa because everybody is very concerned about the trees including us. >> reporter: edwin elkins is building a home on this lot. >> we're trying to respect all the trees that you know, if we don't have to take them down we certainly don't want to take them down. >> reporter: city councilman suarez tells me the tree ordinance has always been a work in progress.

that's the return of the moisture there it's 60 degrees. with the humidity coming back. 61degrees currently in lutes. 69 in pinellas park. 66 venice and you get the idea. this low pressure area we've been talking to the south has scooted very quickly off to the northeast. this area of low pressure moving in from the west. this caused rain in houston last month moving away from the coast. the clouds are starting to move into the bay area. we can't see all of it perfectly. because it's kind of out of range of the radar. you do see the clouds moving from west to east. still sunnier spots in some of the inland areas. temperatures are a bit warmer there. it's the rain chance that is will move overnight and into the morning hours for tomorrow.

shower activity breeze our way. still keeping a chance of the chance of rain. we'll keep that chance in throughout the day. focusing right now in the first half of the day but the rain still possible according to the latest update by this rpm model. we look for our next front. that comes in saturday from the afternoon and evening hours. we get it out of here by early sunday. forecast low of 62-degree. lots of clouds around with the south wind at 5 miles per hour. 76degrees for friday, note the rain chance there for saturday 76 degrees. 72 on sunday. the rain chance at 50% for the second half of the day and into the evening hours on saturday. and then behind that front we start to see temperatures cool down once again as we cruise on into the next week. monday, tuesday. highs in the low 60s and chillier overnight lows. we warm it up but a lot of clouds around and that will be the case tonight and tomorrow too.
