arrested two men in connection with a triple murder. the suspects are out of miami. mark sounds like sheriff grady judd is looking to make a few more arrests, at least two more. >> reporter: he certainly hopes that's going to happen. he just announced the arrest of these two men who right now are on their way back to miami for booking for what he called a an execution style murder. a fourth man survived with a shot in the face. and he's still recovering. detectives say 5-year-old andrew joseph from miami was the master mind of this execution style murder. and his half brother, 26-year- old jonathan elseguire was one

of the men that killed those people. >> ladies and gentlemen it's important to understand they're violent and they're dangerous. if you're in the drug world or drug trade in the miami area you may be the next one they murder if we don't get them off of the streets. >> reporter: and of course grady judd referring to those people who are still at large. this is a picture of possibly one or two men. he wants those people off the street. the images show a rental van caught on camera. as well as a sedan that was also involved in this crime scene. both vehicles ended up back in miami that tonight is where sheriff grady judd perhaps two more people or three other people involved in this drug rip off gang are still at large. and as he pointed out very dangerous people. just generally at large. they are willing to kill anybody he says. keith-- >> we definitely saw how dangerous they can be.

thank you mark. now breaking news from the tampa bay rays. the city of st. petersburg just proposed a deal with the rays. the vote 5-3. the rays will have to pay the city a $5 million fee if they leave pinellas county. 3.5million to stay in pinellas but they're outside of the city. an unsettling discovery in a tampa cemetery. two bodies and a skull stolen from a mausoleum. now authorities are trying to figure out who would do such a thing and why they would do it. the desecration happened at the italian cemetery. >> reporter: good evening keith. this cemetery has been here since the 1890s. some very prominent tampa families are buried here. sometime before yesterday

thieves did the unimaginable to a tampa family. >> somebody has to go through a lot of work first to even move these things. >> reporter: angelos potolos stood outside of his family's mausoleum. >> who would take bones out? that has to be crazy people. >> reporter: inside were the remains of his relatives. >> my grandfather, grandmother, great grandfather and an aunt that we never knew. >> reporter: sometime before wednesday, thieves broke in stealing two small caskets. the remains inside and opened a third casket removing some of the remains. >> this coffin is my grandmother's coffin. >> reporter: obviously for him this is personal. >> oh yeah, i feel angry but also remorse for someone who

>> and what's the thinking. >> reporter: they really don't know. they don't know when this happened but the spacola family is offering a reward for the return of their caskets and information on the thieves. new tonight the pinellas county sheriff's office is taking full responsibility for this deputy involved crash tuesday. it left a st. petersburg man paralyzed from the chest down. an unmarked cruiser driven by corporal minor went straight into the corporal minor. >> i spoke to corporal minor and told him, you made a huge huge mistake. and there has to be accountability for it. and you're going to have to have to swallow the pill and take the consequences for what you did. >> the corporal has been sited and will face a charge in february.

reports of 38 missing guns from a gun club in manatee county have now sparked an investigation. the guns were discovered missing during an internal audit. the missing guns include a shotgun, pistol and 36 assorted rifles estimated at $28,000. we have new information concerning that school bus crash that injured two young students yesterday. 8 on your side learned that the

students last incident was in her own car. the highway patrol gave her a failure to yield citation. that's her first traffic violation while driving a bus. while the school district investigates ray will no longer be allowed to drive the bus. hundreds of new school buses started arriving in hillsborough county to replace the aging fleet. the buses run on propane so they are more environmentally friendly. well did a pawnshop pray on a bay area veteran.

a pawnshop gets rid of a veteran's diamond rings even though he made payments for years. eight on your side asks tough questions and now state regulators are getting involved. yes this veteran ended up paying more than $1,000 to the pawnshop but then lost everything. >> our first 8 on your side investigation went viral on social media with supporters demanding answers. now the pawnshop has a whole lot of explaining to do. and they've had some explaining to do but now they're in a little more trouble. >> reporter: they are, and this story really tugs at the heart strings. this veteran lost a lot of money but now the pawnshop is

forced to open its books to the state. >> this is the air force picture. >> reporter: veteran ronny duffey paid $1,800 on a $200 loan to pawn express. >> i came out in a worse situation than i went into. >> reporter: bad situation he admits but when he finally had $300 to pay off the loan the wedding set that belonged to his sister was gone. he turned to 8 on your side and now our investigation had the attention of state regulators. their investigators want to know why the rings were sold just days after duffey made his final payment. >> and this is total desperation. i just paid them on the 23rd. >> reporter: we went to a pawnshop but no one was interested in talking. >> i just want to get your side of the story. >> i am not talking to you. i spoke to detectives, i'm not speaking with y'all. >> reporter: detectives told us you haven't been able to show them anything about what

happened to the rings. >> i'm with a customer. >> reporter: the manager called to leave. >> reporter: so today i called for an update from across the street. >> reporter: this is shannon from channel 8. no answers but the shop has a lawyer now. he would not talk on camera but told us that the shop had not broke any laws. >> she is a wonderful person, she cares, she does people that nobody else would do. she is there for you. now she's in the midst of this and she's suffering. >> reporter: duffey is hopeful the state investigation will get to the bottom of what and why. >> yeah, something good is going to come out of this. they're either going to find the ring or come out with a restitution or something. i believe that. >> reporter: investigators want to know when the ring was sold and whether state regulations were followed. and they're not just looking at this case, this opens the door for investigators to look into the whole business.

>> boy, it would have been so much easier if the pawnshop would have settled this outside the press, outside the state. now all the books are open. what kind of penalties could they face. >> regulators told me it could be $1,000 per fine for every one they find. >> you're going stay on top of this one. >> yeah. >> thank you, shannon. well 66 degrees here at frenchies. a little bit of light out at the horizon. mostly cloudy again. and temps in the mild area. the low 60s. a stray shower still possible in the forecast. most of it well to our west. now the next eight days our temperatures do take a bit of a dip here for the short term. long term back up for saturday and sunday. you see the average line of 70 degrees. puts us in the cold category tuesday, wednesday and thursday.

very chilly temperatures over all. got some showers down to the south of us. also back to the west of us you can see it continues to roll along in that now familiar pattern from west to east the way the clouds have been moving here the last 24 hours. 63degrees right now in the downtown area. plenty of clouds are on the daybreak too. notice the possibility of seeing thunderstorms early in the day. there's a possibility of cool air that's in place. that can change so stay tuned to lead tomorrow morning and we'll continue to keep you posted here. 65degrees largo, pinellas park. mostly 60s and overcast at most of these locations and of course the cloudy skies that you see here on the map. low pressure continues to the west. this is the feature that brings us the possibility of some severe weather. a warm front moving out ahead of that. the showers the clouds moving from west to east. rain possible later this evening and then overnight. but especially the morning hour. the commute time with the possibility of seeing

thunderstorms develop. because we're in that el nino phase we can't rule out that possibility of seeing tornadoes. that's a very real deal. alex too, 85 miles per hour. this is a hurricane in january. hurricane warnings in place for the azors. extremely rare for this to happen. 1938 is the last time a storm actually started a hurricane in the month of january. forecast to stay we'll to the east. no concern for florida at all. but there it is on the satellite imagery. just rough weather patterns all over the world. and showers will continue to move our way. as i mentioned for the morning commute there's a possibility of showers, potentially a thunderstorm. then back to the west as well. you can see this line sliding our way. timing on that around 1:20 p.m. still the possibility of storms. and then by late afternoon everything pushes quickly to the east and things just get barely windy. as we head into saturday, some fog possible.

as that low clears the area it certainly will be less windy. then saturday afternoon is looking pretty good over all. but again tomorrow morning the possibility of seeing some thunderstorms. 75degrees on saturday, nice day. 75degrees. pretty nice and warm compared to where we've been of late. temperatures start to fall again for sunday at 66 degrees another cold front pushes on in. and we feel the effects of that monday, tuesday and wednesday temps drop back near 60 degrees. at a lot of these locations. slowly crawl back once again but over all those are some pretty chilly numbers for us and very high rain chance for tomorrow. in case there's any severe weather advisories this morning. we'll pass it along to you. we're just seeing the nfl tweeting the bucks have a new head coach. >> breaking news, no big surprise here. we've been talking about this for a while. dirk cutter is now the new head coach according to the nfl. paul ryan our sports guy is going to have more details tails on this coming up. this sounds like it. it was in the works almost from day one once we heard that

breaking news at the top of sports tonight, the nfl coaching carusel is still spinning but it appears the bucks have selected their next horsie.

dirk cutter as their next coach. adam schefter as well as every local beat writer. seems like it's just a matter of minutes or hours before the buccaneers make it official. cutter who was the buck's offensive coordinator led tampa bay to the largest ever season yardage total and has been the favorite since the day lovie smith was dismissed. the dominoes began falling since chip kelly who was fired in late december was named head coach of the san francisco 49ers. the 49ers were the only known team with a head coaching vacancy to interview cutter. the eagles later announced they'd be naming former chief coordinator peterson as their next head coach. meaning the tennessee titans are now the only nfl team still searching for a coach. light will have to go back to work to look for a coordinator.

robinson who's from union city tennessee spent the last two seasons with the bucks organizization. so not necessarily a surprise to anyone who has ties with the bucks, but this cutter deal now that it's official i think the bucks can finally start moving forward and start piecing a staff together. >> interestingly the nfl is saying this is a done deal. the bucks haven't officially. >> the press release takes time. there's probably still things they're hammering out. and they are probably working on a presser. >> and there's also news on cutter. >> and he was asking whether certain guys wanted to jump ship. one of those big names, smith. he seems like the odd on favor to become the next dc. and it's yet to see whether the
