result of the escape of some teens. a spokesperson says the investigation raises questions about the staff members' adherence to proper procedures. tonight, the number ofkey carb cases in florida has climbed to nine and two of hem are in hillsborough county. the other cases are in miami- dade, lee, and santa rosa counties. none of the cases involve pregnant women. governor rick scott want to make sure the state is prepared to deal with the virus. >> i want to stay informed with what the cdc is saying. be doing. fortunately we only have cases in our state of individuals countries. i want to make sure we are ready and repaired. >> just two weeks ago t count was one case in hillsborough and only three statewide. the boy scouts are always

came in handy following a boating accident. they are helped a family. >> reporter: a father and son left this boat ramp for what they thought one fun on the manatee river. but less than a mile into the trip, their boat hit an object in the water flipping the boat sending both of them into the water. it just so happens a boy scout troop was camping nearby and heard the screams for help. caleb savage and another scout grabbed a canoe and rushed to help. >> all my training i took as a boy scout growing up in the troop. >> you felt it came in handy? >> yes it did. very handy. >> reporter: the scouts brought their medical kit ready to administer cpr, but within minutes ems arrived on the scene. >> do you consider yourself a hero? >> not really. just doing what i have been trained to do.

josh thomas, newschannel8. a big party, a big success, and a big mess. a lot of garbage from gasparilla ended up in the bay. as jeff patterson shows us, that has some people concerned. >> argh! >> reporter: they invade and before you know it, they are gone, but the pirates, crews, and people worker come to watch the parade leave a lot behind. >> a lot of trash. >> reporter: we found davis on bay shore boulevard a little frustrated. >> i was riding by thinking they do this in 12, 15 hours put it up. takes a week to get it down. >> reporter: but the effort to clean it up begins early. >> the cleanup begins immediately after the parade. >> reporter: this year, cleanup crews removed 45 tons of trash so far. the florida aquarium coordinates volunteers to cleanup at the water's edge. they know trash is a problem.

they are capable of snatching a quad copter out of the air like no big deal. antidrone eagles could be used to keep the flying machines out of airport air space or anywhere elsewhere they don't belong. pretty neat. zoo animals will try anything to break out of their prison. they will even dress up. for example, we are pretty sure this is not really a zebra. could it be a giraffe, a hippo? penguins? there is no way to tell. so zoo officials treated the situation very seriously. 150 responderred surrounded the zebra which soon realized that the dream of a great escape had been dashed. >> i assume that was all a drill right? >> i'm thinking it is because we have had these stories before. they always use a human. because letting the real zebra go would be far less entertaining. >> i thought that zebra nailed it. >> isn't it oscar time?
