thought was a customer switched his rolex for a fake right in front of him. now the victim is sharing his video in hopes someone recognizes the craigslist thief. >> reporter: many are probably asking why he's trying to sell this. he's done it several times before, until this time the heist was pulled off right under his nose. hoping to sell this rolex, he put up a craigslist ad. days later, this man walked in. >> walked outside to show his girlfriend, never thinking anything of it. >> video shows the prospective buyer fooling around in his pocket then left. two hours later, he realized a watch had a rattle. >> took a look at the serial number on the inside of the watch and noticed it was incorrect. >> reporter: the $7,000 watch

hillsborough county is still looking for this guy, asking if you have information to call them before he strikes again. a church in polk county is destroyed and investigators are trying to figure out what started the fire that took it down. the fire at baraca baptist church in haines city started just as church members were gathering last night. no one was injured. other churches in the area are offering to open up their doors for sunday service. let's check the first at 4 weather with storm team 8 meteorologist julie phillips. >> this is a great view at the st. pete beach, 65 degrees, so a little cooler near the coast with the breeze coming in off the water. check out the blue skies at this location. that's what the majority of us are deal with, really a

mosquito surveillance and spraying, focusing efforts in south tampa where the flooding can cause a breeding ground. living in flood-prone south tampa for decades, barbra knows her backyard can become the home for mosquitoes. >> in the areas with a lot of deep foliage and it stays moist, they can harbor and breed. there's always sandy water. i anticipate they're going to be a problem. >> reporter: the type of mosquito that carries the virus is common in florida but so far none of the bugs collected have tested positive for the virus. commissioners dedicated more than $475,000 to combat the bugs. >> when i saw the health organization had taken an unprecedented stand in declaring an international

go ahead and put it on the agenda. >> the latest numbers from the state surgeon general and secretary of health reveal 22 cases of the virus in florida, three here in the bay area. >> 18% increase in budget is good to spend to see and make sure we keep the people here safe. >> reporter: events like the olympics are also prompting increasing awareness, since lots of people are set to travel to and from zika-prone areas. >> we would certainly want to double our efforts. we anticipate many more people that could bring the virus in during that period of time. >> reporter: the zika virus is mostly of concern for women who are pregnant. concerns over the virus led florida's governor scott to declare a state of emergency in the state earlier this month and established a hotline people can call if they have questions or concerns.

for one of biggest, baddest roller coaster of 2016, you're in luck. >> this is really exciting because right behind me, we are starting to see the snake king take his full form. when down, he'll be 85 feet tall and the icon for this part of the park in egypt. >> reporter: unlike any other roller coaster in the park, this monster of a ride comes with a back story. >> riders before they get on can go through the cue and feel the energy and excitement before they get on the ride. >> this is a dig site from 2016. companies come here and start to excavate, a snake king that was supposedly buried years ago at this location. >> reporter: it's a three and a half minute 40-mile-an-hour ride that gets you up close and personal, face to face with a deadly reptile. >> reporter: the coolest part is guests go up this elevator

>> what would require someone to go to the icu because of flu? >> when you have the flu in general, you're run down. if you're a kid, a pregnant patient, elderly adult, you can develop worsening of the medical conditions or things like pneumonia or respiratory failure, which is the most common reason to go to the icu. >> is it too late to get the flu shot? >> it is not. remember, we urge people in the fall in september and october, hits. now it's kind of in its peak, so it's not too late. you can still get the vaccine. if you're protect specifically, your baby once it's born cannot get the vaccine for the first six months. so this will help protect the baby when it's delivered. >> who else is really at risk for the flu?

young kids, patients who are compromised, maybe on chemo or have chronical medical conditions, elderly, pregnancy, those are the ones we think about. >> how do you know it's a cold and not the flu? >> a lot of times i say the flu has a fever. that's kind of your main distinguishing point. sometimes you don't get the fever. you're going to know when to come in. the people that i have seen, they are down and out, just can barely get up. you'll know the difference between, i can potentially go to work versus, i'm in bed feeling terrible. and there's treatment if you get in early.

if you're a tourist, you picked a great week to be here. >> perfect week. i have to give a shout out. this morning i talked to a bunch of second graders at janie power wilson elementary school, talked with the second graders. lovely group there. they learned all about the weather and severe storms and hurricanes and tornadoes. so thankfully this week has been really quiet. great talking with you earlier today. as we head throughout the evening hours, it's going to stay clear and comfortable. we're in the low 60s at 9:00 p.m. tomorrow morning we're in the 40s, topping out in the 70s tomorrow afternoon with mostly sunny skies. little on the breezy side, another gorgeous day expected. satellite and radar, not a cloud in the sky. blue skies expected through this evening.
