dalton, a husband and father of two and an uber driver now charged with six could wants of murder and two counts of assault with intent to murder. he remained in jail as a judge arraigned over over close circuit video. the killing spree was conducted over circumstances hours saturday night while giving rides to unsuspecting passenger, but they still don't know where it happened, and what if anything ties the victims today. >> this was not just a momentary lapse, not just a crime, there was nothing that provoked this. there is video tapes of incidents, he walked up on them and shot them. >> reporter: a woman was shot at an apartment complex, a

showed up at a birthday party. and another breaking story, a small plane made a crash landing on a busy highway in california. the plane's passenger's side wing was ripped off no. injuries reported, but fuel spilled on the road, and two parked cars near the scene had shattered windshields. wild life experts are concerned someone is trying to kill animals in a bradenton neighborhood. a raccoon was spotted with an arrow in its back, and a duck was shot weeks earlier. here's more from manatee county. sounds like someone could be facing criminal charges for this if it turns out it's animal cruelty and all that. >> reporter: they certainly could. they could be torturing animals or even putting people in danger. earlier this month an expert recovered this raccoon in a
