was posted in september of 2015. that doesn't mean he shot this in 2015. but that's when it was posted. and only here he is shooting what appears to be an automatic weapon. we know the tv stations are reporting that this is indeed the shooter, cedrick ford. >> reporter: it was a terrifying scene at excel industries. >> we heard gunfire, and we just took our practice into place to get everybody out. >> reporter: gun shots filled the workplace. >> the doors opened, people started screaming, then everybody turned around and said he's out front. so everybody started going to the back over here. >> reporter: described as chaos, police counted at least four crime scenes. the plant, the facility parking lot, and two roadway intersections. >> this is just a horrible incident that's happened here to

hate to say this, but you're the last resort for us. >> reporter: i went to the county commissioner, mike wells. >> why would it take so long to get something like this done? >> i'm not sure. i just know as soon as he brought it to my attention, i brought it to staff's attention, and we worked on it. >> reporter: much of pasco county has older neighborhoods that need new sidewalks. it comes down to funding and prioritizing which sidewalks come first. >> is there a school nearby that we have to get to, how many pedestrians are out there, what are the safety issues along the corridor? >> whoa, whoa, whoa. okay. >> reporter: we think this is a pretty strong argument for fox hollow. i didn't leave my interview with county officials until i had a deadline for the sidewalk. commissioner mike wells set that for june. so if it's not done by july 1st, we will be back. >> this is a county wide problem? >> yes, at the commission

residents from other neighborhoods asking for sidewalks too. so this is all over the county. as we saw with this video, this is something that is really needed. >> thanks, shannon. seaworld admits its employees spied on peta. peta accused a worker last year of infiltrating the group to get intel. it turns out they were right! the company's ceo claims it was to maintain the safety of seaworld's customers and animals. he did not apologize but he does say it will stop. in a consumer alert, we're learning more about toyota's global recall of nearly 2.9 there were issues with the seatbelts but elaborate until today. the documents show that backseat seatbelts come in contact with a metal sheet cushion frame in a crash. and if that happens, the belts could be cut and would not restrain the passengers.

and that is gonna continue a northwest and northerly flow. 10-15 degrees below the normal with those winds. cold conditions saturday morning, chilly start to the day, 43 degrees. because of lighter winds, this area of low pressure moving over us, we'll see more radiational cooling, and the temperatures will be the chilliest that morning. sunday morning will be pretty cool too. beginning of the day, 40s, mild afternoon temperatures. forecast lows tonight are chilly. 40 degrees inverness. if winds become calm, you could see some cooler numbers overnight. 60 st. pete, brooksville, newport ritchie. high temperature in temple terrace, 60. a few patchy clouds, sunshine, and chilly in the afternoon.
