it starts off very easy. we have potatoes. salt water and bring it up to temperature. you cook these until they are just fork tender. that is your potato section. we softened in carrots, onions. we add our beautiful lamb. >> could it be different ground beef? >> you can do beef or pork but traditional is with lamb. it gives the lovely sweet flavor. >> i have seen this part of the cooking process before. sometimes the meat tends to clump up. >> you have to go in there and keep mushing it down. do stick with it. you are looking for it to burn off a little bit and the water to come out of it.

good morning. i'm gene ramirez. time 58:00 on this thursday. and tampa is moving closer to lessen the punishment for having small amounts of marijuana. the city council is taking up the issue right now. the punishment would be a citation and fine instead of doing time. the council is expected to approve the measure. looking at weather this morning. >> yep, generally just patchy clouds. more cloudings and sunshine but the sea fog has been so persistent a along the coast and i'll zoomom down here to the sunshine skyway bridge. i just checked, still closed. that may change at any point. you can see the clouds are
