into an off duty sergeant, fled that scene and crashed into another deputy down the road. >> at some point in the interaction the detention deputy state it is suspect charged at him. he attacked the detention deputy, a very violent fight ensues. >> the deputy shot the man twice during the struggle. the suspect died at the scene. and now for breaking news. happening in northern france, at least 13 people are dead af in normandy. it appears to be caused by an accidental explosion. a french newspaper is reporting most of the victims are between 18 and 25 years old. we are getting a look at some new video released earlier today in connection with a fatal police shooting in chicago, and it's sparking a lot of controversy because of what was caught on camera. jenn holloway is joining us now because the video show it is memos leading up to the death
