it's fun to look around and see what kind of rainfall we came up with in many of our locations more than an inch. one thing's for sure the locations have cooler numbers on them. 78 degrees. about a quarter inch in sun city plaza.

area that tend to add up to higher totals. this is the broad area of low pressure that's helping to drive that flow and take advantage of that warm gulf air and turn it into rain. that's what we've seen the last 24 hours and beyond. the forecast for the short term says light rain for the evening hours that's fine. a chance to dry out a little bit. showers start to redevelop especially north of the bay much like friday. north of the chance of showers. 85 for tuesday. note the rain chance at 70% on that day. 88 degrees for wednesday and slowly the rain chances back up as the area of low pressure backs away from us. thursday and especially friday afternoon shower and thunderstorm chances. we have this atmospheric moisture around but that's what we expect in august. >> all right thank you much.
