harry charles was reported missing but has been found safe with his father. investigators say the father took the boy from his home. he had been sharing custody with his estranged wife. no charges are expected at this time and investigators are still looking into the initial missing persons call. a father accused of leaving his son in a hot car is on administrative leave as a hills where firefighter. he was charged with aggravated manslaughter leaving his son in a truck for more than eight hours. the 23-month-old died. neighbors are defending him, saying he is a great parent >> he is a loving father and husband. he is always with his kids. it breaks my heart. >> whitacre is out of jail on a 50,000 dollar bond. no word on when he is due back in court. mayor bob buckhorn blasted the transportation commission today.
