hillary clinton is showing that she leads by double digits, so she is pitching her case. the democratic nominee will be in tampa this wednesday to push early voting. her rally will be held at curtis park in downtown tampa. she is said to appear before 3:00 in the afternoon. early voting is underway in most tampa bay counties but not all of them, you can vote in hernandez, polk, hernandez, manatee county's but if you live in paso county, highland saturday, october 29 two early ballot. we've got a complete list of early voting locations as well as a 2016 guide on our website, wfla.com. a consent decree signed by mosaic and the state today requires the phosphate money to repair that sinkhole at its new wales plant in mulberry. it also requires mosaic to repair all of the contaminated water that escaped and provide continued assurances that no

and of course tonight beginning on news channel 8 at 11. thousands of mammogram records sitting somewhere in pinellas county after a popular mammogram center close last year. investigator shannon behnken has worked for weeks to get their files back and today tracked down the former medical director for his star of the store. >> reporter: it has been nearly a year since brandon's women diagnostic center abruptly closed and a growing number of women are turning to me for help getting their records back. sender owner john parker the third tells me he locks the records in a storage facility in pinellas county. he admits he is overwhelmed. he meets some women with records, others hear nothing. state officials tell me someone else is responsible for the files.
