this tragedy. >> i think i ran out of tears honestly. >> reporter: a grieving sister puts up a strong front remembering her brother, 21- year-old zachary zac marcano of ruskin, one of 10 children killed as he flew off his motorcycle in this apparent case of road rage. >> he was really loveable. he tried to do the most for anyone, tried to help them out as much as he could. >> reporter: in the end marcano couldn't save himself. investigators say it began scene. the two they say just happened to bump into each other. words were exchanged. then they took off down the road. 10 minutes later one of them would be dead. 19th street northeast was shut down for hours as investigators canvassed the crime scene. a flood of evidence markers dotted the road. family members consoled one another at the crime scene at one point walking to the intersection where zac lost his life, but what caused this? his family said he was sticking

monday, which is halloween. school administrators tell us the policy doesn't have anything to do with the creepy clown threats. they just don't want the costumes. here's a real life scare that has nothing to do with halloween. neighbors at the beneva oaks apartments in sarasota discovered a 6-foot long snake slithering right near the front entrance. >> no thanks. the boa constrictor did its best to hide behind a trash can. news channel 8's peter be peter, how did they get rid of it? >> reporter: they called the sarasota police department and it's a good thing they did. this is where it all happened in the darkness of night behind this trash can. a cop that knows how to handle snakes captured it. riled up and mad this, boa didn't like it when officer brian lundstrom tried to snatch him up. >> the snake was going across

the u plays in south bend, indiana, playing notre dame. fsu and clemson in tallahassee saturday 8 p.m., mostly clear. ucf travels to houston, 81 degrees in the evening and florida a&m in greensboro north carolina. bucs forecast sunday, nice weather, but in the stadium it might be warm, 82 degrees. the tailgaters will love forecast here into the overnight and early part of the day, but in the afternoon saturday maybe a few clouds, the bunk of the sprinkles across the southern portion of the state. the weekend forecast looks pretty good, 86 degrees, carries into monday on halloween. tuesday mid-80s. rain chances remain low or essentially nonexistent, much less than 10%. heading into the end of this period got another cold front up the road perhaps arriving saturday with a rain chance.
