doctors are quitting, companies are fleeing, and deductibles are going through the roof. >> reporter: trump's trip to pennsylvania will likely be too little too late to change the gap in the state but other battleground states like florida remain up for grabs. meanwhile, clinton's campaign is counting on major surrogate support. president obama will campaign on her behalf while clinton herself heads to arizona, a state democrats have not won since 1996. meanwhile, a brand-new abc news tracking poll taken since the fbi's decision to review more of the clinton emails is painting a close race. among likely voters, trump leads by one point, 46 to clinton's 45. this race is tightening with only seven days to go. one thing you have to keep in mind when you look at polls
